PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING AND USING TICKETS FOR THE PALANGA OBSERVATION WHEEL

 

General procedure

1.Tickets for the Palanga Observation Wheel can be purchased online in the Republic of Lithuania and foreign countries with internet connection. Payments are made through the payment system www.paysera.lt. The available payment methods include most Lithuanian banks' electronic banking services and credit cards.

 

Rules for purchasing electronic tickets

1. When purchasing tickets for the Palanga Observation Wheel, seats and cabins are not assigned. Visitors sit wherever directed by the observation wheel attendant.

2.Information in the online ticket sales system is provided in Lithuanian, English, and Russian languages.

3.Up to 50 tickets can be purchased online at once.

4.Ticket purchases are available for both registered and unregistered users of the website.

5.When purchasing a ticket online, the buyer must ensure that they have selected the correct date, ticket category, and desired quantity of tickets.

6.When selecting electronic tickets, the buyer must enter their required personal information as requested by the system, review the information in the shopping cart, and confirm its accuracy. They must also agree to the conditions of purchasing and using Palanga Observation Wheel tickets in order to proceed with the payment.

7.When selecting the option "Invoice Required," an invoice will be generated based on the provided personal/company information. The invoice will be sent to the specified email address along with the purchased tickets.

8.Payments are processed through the payment system www.paysera.lt.

9.Upon receiving a successful payment confirmation from www.paysera.lt, the tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer.

10.When purchasing tickets for children under 3 years of age, they do not need to be marked in the system. They will be admitted to the Palanga Observation Wheel free of charge at the control point.

 

Rules for ticket usage

1.The e-ticket is valid for two weeks from the selected date of arrival.

2.The holder of an electronic ticket can present either a printed ticket or scan the ticket from a mobile device at the ticket control point. The Palanga Observation Wheel visitor is responsible for providing mobile internet or any other means necessary for presenting each electronic ticket.

3.When purchasing a ticket at the ticket office, the buyer must keep the ticket and receipt until the end of the service.

4.Each ticket is scanned for one-time use only. If an electronic ticket is presented for scanning a second time, the visitor will not be admitted. Family or VIP cabin tickets are scanned multiple times according to the number of individuals specified on the purchased ticket.

5.If a buyer has purchased a ticket but decides not to use the service, the money for the ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE.

6.If the buyer(s) has started using the service and the service is interrupted for reasons unrelated to the Palanga Observation Wheel, the money is NON-REFUNDABLE.

7.If a buyer has purchased a ticket but the Palanga Observation Wheel is UNABLE TO PROVIDE the paid service, the buyer has the right to receive a refund for the service not provided. To receive a refund, the purchased tickets and the purchase receipt must be presented at the ticket office. Tickets purchased through - www.palangosapzvalgosratas.lt can be returned by sending a request and the e-ticket to info@palangosapzvalgosratas.lt.

 

Ticket control

1. Ticket control is carried out by ticket inspectors or visitors themselves using the turnstiles.

2.If a visitor is not allowed through the control turnstile, an administrator is called, who indicates the reasons for the denial, such as an already used ticket or expired validity.

1.In order to provide online ticket distribution services, Palanga Observation Wheel, undertakes to handle the personal data of visitors. The Observation Wheel manages and stores all visitor's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania, and other laws regulating the rights of visitors, as well as legal provisions. The data is not transferred to any third parties unless required by law, other legal acts, or necessary for the provision of Observation Wheel services or if the visitor expresses a wish for their personal data to be transferred. 2.The data privacy policy applies to all buyer's personal data that has been provided or collected and processed by the buyer when using the services provided by the Observation Wheel.
